The shares held by Imerys in Pergem Mineral Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. have been acquired by İPM Endüstriyel Madencilik Anonim Şirketi, Alican İper and Orca Kırker.
Imerys originally acquired its interest in Pergem in 2010 through an equal partnership established to produce and export crushed and screened perlite for CIS markets. Following the completion of the transaction on 22 December 2022, Imerys and its affiliated companies no longer hold an ownership interest or other corporate relationship with Pergem.
Pergem was subsequently merged into İPM Endüstriyel Madencilik Anonim Şirketi and no longer operates as a separate company. Its Kınık plant is part of the group's processing network.
