Warehousing
With eight warehouses across five countries in Türkiye and Europe, we keep our products close to our customers, supporting consistent and reliable delivery.
We define storage, inventory management and delivery terms through supply agreements with our customers. Stock levels are planned according to contracted volumes, consumption patterns, delivery lead times and agreed safety stock requirements.
We maintain agreed quantities of the products covered by these agreements, ready for scheduled dispatch or delivery upon customer request. Orders from customers without supply agreements are fulfilled according to stock availability, production and shipping schedules, and the commercial terms agreed for each order.
We coordinate replenishment and delivery plans according to product requirements, destination and customer needs. This approach allows us to manage our warehouse network to support reliable supply and continuity in our customers’ operations.
Supply to Our European Warehouses
We transport our products from the Port of Dikili aboard dry bulk vessels to our storage locations in Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Spain. Depending on the route, we also use inland waterways along the Rhine and Danube to reach storage and distribution locations in Central Europe.
By coordinating sea, river and road transport, we maintain a steady flow of products between our production facilities and our European warehouse network. We plan transport routes and stock replenishment schedules according to shipment volume, packaging format, warehouse location and regional supply requirements.
Storage and Distribution Management
We store and dispatch our products in bulk or packaged form according to customer requirements. Storage conditions are arranged to preserve product characteristics, maintain inventory traceability and facilitate loading for delivery.
Our storage locations are equipped to handle the unloading, storage and reloading requirements of the products they hold. We coordinate our European warehouse network from Germany. Our regional representatives oversee warehouse activities, stock movements and inspections, while coordinating local logistics operations.
Delivery to Your Door
We provide delivery directly to our customers’ premises from our warehouse locations in Türkiye and Europe. By dispatching regional stocks according to customers’ production schedules, we support just in time delivery under supply agreements and reduce dependence on international transit times.
We coordinate stock replenishment with production and sea transport, managing regional inventory levels according to anticipated demand. This supports continuity throughout the supply chain, from our mining sites and production facilities through ports and warehouses to our customers’ premises.
Our local logistics teams coordinate transport from warehouse to customer, arranging deliveries of bulk and packaged products according to customers’ unloading requirements and agreed delivery schedules.
