Effective from 28 June 2018, Diperlit Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi and Perlitaş İstanbul Perlit Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi were merged under İPM Endüstriyel Madencilik Anonim Şirketi.
The merger brought production, commercial and administrative activities into a more unified corporate structure. It was completed to support greater operational coordination, consistent service and the continued development of IPM's production and quality-management processes.
Existing operations, customer relationships and commercial commitments continued without interruption following the merger.
