Selecting a grade in two steps
The finder narrows the catalogue by what the customer is doing and by the value that decides it. Base material and processing tier are shown in the result rather than asked as a question.
| Step 1 — application | Which of the nine fields the material is for |
| Step 2 — specification | The measured values that decide within that field |
Application-specific filters
Each application exposes its own set of filter fields. A construction customer narrows on bulk density; a filtration customer narrows on permeability. Fields that decide nothing within a given application are not shown.
| Filtration · Food & feed | Permeability; soluble iron where taste and colour are at stake |
| Construction | Bulk density |
| Functional fillers | Particle size; surface treatment |
| Foundry | Particle size |
| Cryogenics | Bulk density; particle size distribution |
| Agriculture & horticulture | Particle size |
| Consumer Care | Particle size; whiteness |
| Absorption | Absorption capacity |

Results
Results are grouped by processing tier and then by base material. Every result links to its technical data sheet and safety data sheet.
If nothing matches
Grades outside the standard range are produced to customer specification. The technical sales team answers requirements the catalogue does not cover.
