The shares of Imerys in Pergem Mineral Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which had been established as a 50%-50% partnership on 06/1/2010 for the purpose of producing and exporting crushed and screened perlite ore for the CIS markets, have been fully acquired by İPM Endüstriyel Madencilik A.Ş., Alican İper and Orca Kırker as of 22/12/2022. The partnership and/or any other relation with Imerys or any affiliates of Imerys have been terminated as of this date by mutual agreement. Pergem Mineral Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. will continue its activities as a group company of IPM INDUSTRIES.
